At IDE Ghana, our Theory of Change is built on the belief that when local communities are equipped with the right knowledge and tools, they become the primary architects of their own development. By integrating Inclusive Lifelong Education with Regenerative Agriculture and Climate and Environmental Sustainability efforts, we transform technical training into community-led initiatives that are owned and sustained by local people, especially women and youth. This “frontline” grassroot implementation approach bridges the execution gap between national policy and local reality, directly resulting in increased economic opportunity and a more resilient, equitable Ghana.
