Notably, Francis led the eco-village project for Ultimate Kingsland

 Realty, integrating sustainable designs into residential and commercial spaces. His role as Operations & Project Lead highlights his commitment to eco-friendly projects, where he directed teams to achieve organizational goals and community impact. As an Assistant Program Coordinator at CEM Ability Village, he also coordinated volunteer recruitment and program activities.
